How it Works

Please read the following information about how the pendant works before activating your device.
Automatic Calling
Your vie pendant contains a SIM card and will automatically call the emergency contact number you specify during the activation process when the SOS button is pressed.

If the emergency contact number is engaged, the pendant will continue to re-dial automatically until it is answered.

GeoFence Alerts
The watch can notify you if the wearer leaves the home. This is a great feature if you're concerned about someone wandering late at night. You can enable this feature during the activation process.
