Terms of Service

1. For personal use only. If you’re a business customer – please refer to our e-call for business service and associated terms of service.
2. e-call is not intended to replace a call to the emergency services. If there is a threat to life you must always call 999. 
3. e-call can be used to contact up to 5 people 
4. e-call should be used sparingly. It is a service intended to be used to notify multiple people with a reconfigured message if a user is in distress or in need of non emergency assistance. 
5. A fair use policy applies. Fair use is considered as no more than 4 uses of the e-call service per month per registered user.
