Your first month subscription is included free of charge. Your subscription includes your SIM data package, voice calls and real time alerts and is £22.99 per month after month one.

How it Works

Please read the following information about how the watch works before activating your device.
Automatic Calling
Your Assure Pendant contains a SIM card and will automatically call the emergency contact number you specify during the activation process when the SOS button is pressed.

If the emergency contact number is engaged, the watch will continue to re-dial automatically until it is answered.

GeoFence Alerts
The pendant can notify you if the wearer leaves the home. This is a great feature if you're concerned about someone wandering late at night. You can enable this feature during the activation process.

When the SOS button is pressed, a voice call is made from the watch to your Emergency SOS number.
