As stated clearly on the Amazon listing, this device requires an active subscription in order to function. Your first month subscription is included free of charge.

Whats Does My Subscription Include?
Your subscription includes the SIM card, voice minutes, mobile data, real time alerting, customer support and access to the AVERio mobile app for you and two additional users.

The cost for peace of mind is just £22.99 per month, with your first month free.
A valid credit or debit card is required to activate your device, with the first payment debited after 30 days.

How it Works

Please read the following information about how the watch works before activating your device.
One Touch SOS Calling
Your vie Watch contains a SIM card and will automatically call the emergency contact number you specify during the activation process when the SOS button is pressed or when a fall is detected.

If the emergency contact number is engaged, the watch will continue to re-dial automatically until it is answered.

Additional Functionality is available via our mobile app and support team:

- GeoFence Alerts
- Low Battery Alerting

Your watch will work within a couple of minutes of activation. You can test this by pressing the SOS button and confirming your emergency SOS number is called.

Your device also supports additional functionality including fall detection, geofence alerting, live device location, low battery management, heart rate, blood pressure and step count.
