AVERio Mobile App
Our app is free to download and enables you to unlock additional functionality for your device. This includes:

• Real time alerting to fall events
• Real time GPS location of the device
• Access to view heart rate, blood pressure and step count, & battery status
• Ability to manage device settings
• Ability to invite additional users

1. Download the App

Search “AVERio” in your App Store. The app is available for both iOS and Android free of charge.

2. Register Your Account

You must register with the same email address used to activate your device, otherwise you will not be granted access to manage your device. 

3. Verify Your Email Address
For security purposes, once registered, it is necessary to verify ownership on your email address. AVERio sends an activation email after registration containing a link which you must click in order to verify your account. Once this link has been pressed, you will be able to login to the AVERio application.

4. Login to the AVERio App
You can now login to the AVERio application and should be able to view and manage your device. If you experience any issues, please email [email protected] or schedule an onboarding call with our support team here.
