Returns Policy

At AVERio, we strive to provide the best products and services to our customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.

2. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

3. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. When returning goods to us, you must use a tracked and insured service. We recommend Royal Mail special delivery.

For exchanges, we will cover the shipping costs of sending the new item to you.

4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If the product you have received is faulty or damaged, please contact us immediately at vie@averio.co.uk and quote your order number including details of the product and the defect. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

5. Water Damage
The vie Pebble and vie Watch are not water resistant and should not be used in the bath or show and must not be submerged in water. If an item is returned with evidence of water damage, the product warranty will be void.

We reserve the right to update or modify this Returns Policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

How To Return Your Item

Option 1 - Post Office

What to do:

1. Obtain a returns number from the AVERio support team. Note: we can only accept a return if it has a valid returns number. Email us at vie@averio.co.uk to obtain your returns number. 

2. Ensure the device is placed into its original packaging (including the all accessories) and place in a suitable bag/box for shipping.

3. Take the item to the post office and post it to the address detailed on your returns email. Please use Royal Mail Special delivery, to ensure sufficient insurance in case the item is lost or damaged in transit. 

Option 2 - Collection

What to do:

1. Obtain a returns number from the AVERio support team. Note: we can only accept a return if it has a valid returns number. Email us at vie@averio.co.uk to obtain your returns number. 

2. Ensure the device is placed into its original packaging (including the all accessories) and place in a suitable bag/box for shipping.

3. Click the button below to book a collection. We’ll arrange for Royal Mail to collect your parcel from your address on a date which is convenient to you.
